1. Be thankful every day at least once a day. Be thankful for your work, your health, your family or anything. Take time for 10-30 seconds just to give thanks.
2. Do not complain if you have problems, but do the following. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, hold it for a while and then exhale slowly from your mouth, open your eyes, smile, think that someday you'll be grateful for everything that happens this time.
3. Don't be influenced when your friends are complaining and give positive feedback or do nothing at all. Always think positive and look at the changes in your life. "The more you give thanks to God for what you have, the more you will have to be thankful.
