You want to take a break, just want to run away from traffic, want to go on a long ride, you don't have to think twice to decide where to go. There is no better place than International Cultural Center, Pandaan. ICC is a cultural center that is quite unique, combining culture and nature, suits its location which is located in a scenic agricultural area in Pandaan, East Java. ICC is dedicated to promote two-fold mission: environmental awareness and the international exchange of culture, art, and music. What to do there? We can enjoy walk around beautiful garden, swim, and horseback ride. You'll be amazed by the architecture because Clouds Clouds Clouds are everywhere, you are very much in the middle of them if you go to the second floor. It's like the window side view when you are traveling in the plane, but the big difference is you are out there and you can feel them. Honestly I don’t have words to express the wonderful view I witnessed there. Check out the picture that will say it all (too bad I didn't look presentable that time)
It was very hot up there, and I don’t think you can stay up there for more then 30 mins, you'll get sweaty like I was. The best time I would say is between 4-6pm, when the sun wasn't "harsh" anymore.
